Terms & Conditions

General Rules

  • Nuzul Chalets are intended for couples and small families only
  • Maximum occupancy for Oslo Chalet: 4 people (excluding infants)
  • Maximum occupancy for Vienna and Andalus Chalets: 2 people (excluding infants)
  • Guests must comply with the specified check-in and check-out times
  • In case of late check-out exceeding 30 minutes, an additional fee of 20 OMR will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay

Safety & Security

  • Guests are fully responsible for the safety of children during their stay
  • Chalet management is not responsible for any lost or missing belongings during the stay

Swimming Pool Rules

  • Please keep the swimming pool clean
  • The use of cleaning products or chemicals in the pool is strictly prohibited
  • Eating or drinking inside the pool is not allowed
  • The pools are not designed for jumping; jumping is strictly prohibited for safety reasons
  • Entering indoor facilities with wet clothes is not permitted

Grilling & Cooking Rules

  • Only electric grills are available
  • The use of charcoal or open flames is strictly prohibited
  • Regular candles are not allowed
  • Only battery-operated candles may be used

Event Planning

  • We collaborate with event decoration and setup companies (contact information is available upon request)
  • It is permitted to work with event planning companies, provided there is prior coordination with chalet management and agreement to the chalet's rules and regulations

Prohibited Activities

  • Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited inside or around the chalet
  • Loudspeakers are not allowed, in order to maintain a peaceful environment and avoid disturbing others
  • Noise and music are strictly prohibited; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund

Penalties & Damages

  • The chalet management reserves the right to evict any guest immediately if any of the above terms are violated, without refund
  • In the event of damage or vandalism to chalet property, the management has the right to hire a maintenance company without prior notice to the guest, and the guest will be charged the full cost of repairs or replacements based on the official invoice

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Cancellation 10+ Days Before Booking

  • The full amount will be refunded

Cancellation Less Than 10 Days Before Booking

  • The amount will not be refunded
  • The booking date can be changed once only, depending on availability

Cancellation Less Than 5 Days Before Booking

  • Rescheduling or refunding is not allowed
  • Exception: if a replacement guest is found for the same date

Security Deposit Refund

  • Security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out
  • Provided that all facilities are left in good condition
  • The security deposit will be refunded only to the original payment method used during booking, within 24 hours of checkout, provided all chalet amenities are found in good condition.
